Handball only · Europe wide
Sixteen players.
Eight leagues.
Every position.
Victory in Play represents professional handball players across Europe. Search the roster by position and passport — or tell us what your squad is missing and we will come back with names, not a brochure.
For clubs
What a sporting director actually gets.
Not a catalogue. A shortlist you can act on, from someone who has been in the dressing room and knows what a squad feels like from the inside.
A shortlist, not a database
Tell us the position, the budget band and the window. You get a small number of genuinely viable names with the reasoning attached — including the ones we ruled out and why.
Fit checked before you call
Passport status, foreign-slot impact, language and realistic wage expectation are established up front. The unworkable options are removed before they reach you.
The move actually completes
Contracts, visas, registration deadlines and relocation are handled end to end. A transfer that collapses in week three costs more than the one you did not make.
Method
Small roster. On purpose.
Sixteen players is not a limitation we are hiding — it is the model. An agency carrying two hundred names cannot know them. We take on a player only when we believe we can move their career, which means when a club calls, the answer comes from someone who watched the player this season and spoke to them this week.
The same applies to the market. European handball is a small, relationship-driven business. Knowing which sporting director is actually looking, and which budget is real, is worth more than any database.
Represent
Full representation: contracts, negotiation, day-to-day career management, and the difficult conversations.
Place
Matching players to clubs where the minutes, the system and the salary are all real — and telling a player when a move is wrong.
Advise
Market context for clubs: what a position costs right now, who is genuinely available, and where value sits outside the obvious leagues.
The founder
Hen Livgot
Victory in Play is run by someone who did the job first. Hen came through Hapoel Rishon LeZion, captained HC Holon in the Israeli Premier League, played in France for Villeurbanne, and represented Israel at every level from youth to senior.
That record is why the advice lands differently. He has signed the contracts, moved countries, sat out the injuries and had the conversations that players are now having with him.
- Former captain, HC Holon — Israeli Premier League
- Played professionally in France with Villeurbanne
- Israel international, youth through to senior level
- Works in Hebrew, English and French
- Based in Rishon LeZion, operating across Europe

Tell us what your squad is missing.
Position, window, budget band. That is enough to come back with names. If we do not have the right player we will say so — and usually still know who does.
